    What happens if I forget my password?
    Please click on the butoon "Forgot password" on your login screen. In the following steps a new password will be sent to you.
    Can I undo settings in the online account?
    Settings can be changed at any time. The next time you transfer data, the floor scale will update your settings.
    Do I need a software for the administration of my beehive scale?
    Operation with software to be installed is not intended. When you purchase your beehive scale, you will receive access to our online management software. This software can be accessed at any time, worldwide with any internet-enabled device and the necessary settings can be made.
